Submit and mail your paperwork to the address provided on the Hunter Douglas form. Allow six weeks to receive your Hunter Douglas manufacturer rebate in the form of a prepaid card. Funds do not expire and they are subject to applicable law, a $2.00 monthly fee will be assessed against the card balance 7 months after card issuance and every month thereafter.
